Gone but never forgotten

It is a sad day,
For those left behind,
It will forever be,
Burned in our minds.

But truly we should remember,
The beautiful family fun,
The wonderful Father,
The loving husband and son.

Shaun was an amazing man,
Brother and friend,
To those who knew and loved him,
A prayer of courage and strength.

May the Lord hold you close,
May He envelope you in His love,
May He keep you in comfort,
And shine His light down from above.

My strong, happy, kind boy,
You are an example.
You take pleasure in sharing,
A piece of cake with your friend,
A sweet here and there.

Full of confidence and joy,
Energy abounds in you.
You are such a sturdy rock,
That Hannah can grasp hold of,
When she is about to fall.

You are my delight,
And with each passing day,
You astound me more,
With all you know,
And how you continue to grow.

Laughter and smiles,
Giggles and wriggles.

A blessing from afar,

In the dark of night,
And a ray of sunshine,
When storm clouds are near.

I love you with so much of me,
It hurts to think one day,
You'll be so grown-up,
And leave to go your own way.

Oh how I cherish these few moments,
That are your baby years.

What a precious miracle,
A bright little angel,
Such a blessing to us,
She is.

Hannah - such a soft name,
Such a sweet smile,
Calm and content,
She is.

I feel love pouring out of me,
When I look into her little face,
Such a happy child,
She is.

Peace and Quiet

A little peace and quiet,
To enjoy while it lasts,
Our precious little girl in sight,
Into our world will blast!

Preparing everything just right,
Hoping I can remember,
Each and everything I might,
Need to be a Mother.

Another child close by,
Hoping he loves to be,
Part of her life and doesn't ask "Why?"
And his little heart will see,

The privelage to be her parents,
